Transun is a full plane charter operator that specialised in day breaks from regional UK airports and the Christmas “Visit Father Christmas in Lapland” trips.  Siam Ease took on the role of running the day to day operations and developing and running the ground operations in Lapland.



As Head of School of Hospitality Tim Cooke gained valuable experience in developing a national network for Centres of Vocational Excellence and in bringing vocational education into the workplace.  He also worked on nationwide skills development working with the Learning & Skills Council.



In 2003 Siam Ease was appointed to project manage the American Express Golf World Championships at Mount Juliet Conrad in Ireland.  This then lead to a regional project supporting F&B operations in Dublin, Kilkenny, Brussels, Istanbul and Cairo.




Siam Ease were appointed to project manage the 2005 World Sight Day at the Royal Academy of Arts, London.



Tim then brought Siam Ease to Thailand and their first project was fulfilling the role of Chief Operating Officer for the Santiburi Group.



Our second project in Thailand was to take over the management of Bandara Resort and Spa, Koh Samui.  This Tim did and it developed into a long term project resulting in Siam Ease becoming a sub Bandara consultancy brand and the formation of the Bandara Group in 2007. Tim as Chief Executive Office oversaw the development of the group ending with eight operating resorts in 2015.



One of our Siam Ease projects with Bandara.  We supported with the product development, expansion of the resort and Sales & Marketing.




After Bandara Siam Ease moved back to training and development.  Tim took over as MD of Language Express with the view to develop a consultancy and corporate training business.  This he did with the formation of Corporate Training Express.



Currently we are working on an extended project for Worldwide Fund for Nature in Hong Kong.  Initially a consultancy project looking at all aspects of the Visitor Experience and expanded into implementation of organisational change and hands on product development and implementation.
